A Letter to the Critics

Opposers may argue that the stereotypes against lesbians are rue and no matter who much one may try to teach people these negatives attitudes will always remain. A major reason these stereotypes remain is due to religion. When religion is brought into equation,  the topic of homosexuality becomes very controversial. Although some religion have opened up to he subject, others refuse to consider it. in their eyes homosexuality is a direct sin against God. But as a nation we must understand that we should not let religious values take away the "guaranteed" rights from people. Although religious people may not approve of homosexuality, they must realize that education for the masses is still needed to help fight issues that come with homosexuality such as suicide and hate violence.
